Overview

Administers the day to day operations supporting various office and administrative duties. In addition, supports Human Resources and Sales management teams with administrative duties and overall support in order to maintain a streamlined, efficient, fast-paced working environment

Responsibilities

Overview/Scope
• Manages front desk, meets and greets guests, fields calls and coordinates deliveries
• Administers and coordinates New Hire process
• Answers employee queries related to CDI policy, healthcare, dental and employee programs
• Work with sales management and marketing to organize all supplier work-withs
• Support all General Sales Meetings with logistics, including ordering food, set-up and clean up
• Work closely with sales management on requests which include samples, long buy printing, product sheets, pricing requisites and existing and innovation product lists
• Assist with various projects and administrative support, as needed
• Order office supplies and ensure counter areas are stocked
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Support meeting calendars, data collection and presentation preparation
• Coordinate special events & meetings to include room set up, equipment, etc.
• Administers all employee programs and recognition programs
• Administers T&E for office expenses
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

(Provide Experience, Education, Certification & Licenses and Computer Skills required for job)


• Proficient Skills with technology including MS Office
• Experience in a CPG environment would be an asset
• Strong and effective communicator
• Must be reliable with positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and to handle sensitive information, as required


Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
• Frequent hand motion with answering and dialing phones and computer work
• Occasional carrying and lifting of 20 pounds to perform various office duties as assigned
• Occasional immediate reaching to perform various office duties as assigned
• Minimal overhead reaching to perform various office duties as assigned
• Occasional standing for short amounts of time to perform various office duties
• Occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various office duties
• Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk, workstation or travel
• Minimal squatting or bending to perform various office duties as assigned
